Our research, signals, and educational content are delivered digitally and instantly. Once you have accessed or received these digital goods, they cannot be returned, making standard refunds inapplicable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the active billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases such as technical errors or duplicate billing, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the final right to determine whether a refund is warranted under these unique situations.
